Filtersystems for self installation
You are an owner of a vehicle, a boat or a holiday home and want to always have properly filtered water available?
You just want to install your filters easily and change the filter elements or maintain them without tools?
Are you tired of constantely buying expensive replacement filter elements?
You do not want to have any chemicals in your drinking water?
Our proven systems are travelling around the world since many years and enjoy great popularity.
We take consideration of your needs and advise you if you have specific requirements, regarding space needs and special designs.
If you are irresolute which system is the best for you, we would be happy if you talk to us: Contact
To achieve optimum results, in the most systems 2 ceramic filter candles work in parallel installation.
In addition we combine them with activated carbon filter elements, to filter out chemicals and to take away bad flavor.
Ceramic offers the advantage of an extremely high lifetime, even if very turbid or muddy water should be filtered. At a reduced flow rate, these can be cleaned easily by hand. A suitable sponge is included.
Other non-ceramic filter will clog very quick and the expensive filterel element has to be disposed.
Furthermore our filter cartdrigdes are, in the comparison to other systems, very cheap in the purchase after.
Permanently incorporated silver in the ceramic and silver quartz inside the filter element work against bacteria growth if the filter is not used.
All of the ceramic filter elements, with the exception of 1 micron element, have the following properties:
0.0002 mm (0.2 micron) ceramic microfilter. Safely traps all harmful bacteria and retains suspended solids without the useof chemicals.
The ceramic filter is protected by food-grade plastic caps.
The ceramic elements with the name "INOX" have extended metal thread and caps and internal rod of stainless steel.
If you prefer to drive in heavier off-road terrain, we recommend these options!
The approximate life in liters is indicated within each element.
99.9999% removal of pathogenic bacteria (e.g. Klebsilla and Vibrio cholera).
99.9% removal of protozoa (e.g. Cryptosporidium p. and Giardia l.).
No removal of essential minerals.
Note: The 1-micron element has an extremely high flow rate, however, has no microbiological safety.
It is mostly used as a sediment prefilter in water-jack assembly fresh 1h.
The active carbon element is a high-performance activated carbon filter that adsorbs free chlorine and other organic contaminants that contribute to bad taste and odor or may be unhealthy. An efficient 10 micron sediment filter retains suspended solids. In addition, the level of lead and other heavy metals is reduced. The carbon filter is protected by foodgrade plastic caps.
In the filtername you can find the extension 1h, 2h, 3h or 4h, this means the total number of the housings in the filter system.
Standard dimensions 1h: width 190mm, depth 96mm, height 330mm
Standard dimensions 2h: width 190mm, depth 176mm, height 330mm
Standard dimensions 3h: width 280mm, depth 216mm, height 330mm
Standard dimensions 4h: width 264mm, depth 176mm, height 330mm
Standard dimensions 2hSC: width 264mm, depth 96mm, height 330mm
The following table summarites all available filter combinations. The flow rates are given in liters per minute. They refer to a reference pressure at 3 bar (44psi) and a water temperature of 20°C (68°F) and under optimal conditions. These can be influenced by the infrastructure such as wiring, the type of pump used, number of crossovers, diameter of hoses and so on.
The most popular filters are highlited.
Used shortcut in the table: INOX = stainless steel
